EfficientEther has introduced agentic tasks and workflows to EtherAssist. The platform update lets enterprise IT and compliance teams define multi-step operational processes once and run them end to end, on demand or on a schedule, without the usual manual handoffs.
From assistance to execution
Earlier versions of EtherAssist focused on guided triage and AI-assisted responses to IT queries. This release extends the platform into operational execution. Tasks can be defined once, run repeatably, and complete with follow-up actions automatically, closing the gap between an AI suggestion and a finished outcome.
Enterprise customers want AI that finishes the work, not AI that only talks about it. Agentic workflows are how we close that gap. Teams can standardise their most repetitive operations, improve visibility into what is running, and keep governance in place as they scale.

Key capabilities
The agentic workflow update delivers:
- End-to-end task execution. Multi-step workflows run to completion with automated follow-up actions.
- On-demand or scheduled execution. Workflows trigger manually or run on a defined schedule.
- Live progress tracking. Visibility into running tasks as they execute.
- Run history and audit records. Documented records of actions, outputs, and outcomes for compliance and review.
- Governed adoption controls. Regional data processing options and configurable controls for compliance-sensitive environments.
- Improved integrations. Expanded connections with enterprise tools covering storage, security monitoring, source control, and service workflows.
Compliance reporting enhancements
EtherAssist has also expanded its compliance reporting in this release, with additional support for ISO-aligned AI management and environmental management standards. Evidence preparation and reporting workflows have been streamlined to reduce the manual effort that usually surrounds audit cycles.
